Our 2022 Winemaker Series continues with gust Chef Eric Foxx of The Polished Foxx. Together Erik and our Winemaking team will be presenting 4 amazing wines with oyster pairings that please the palate and excite the senses.

Wines we will explore are:

Sauvignon Blanc , Chardonnay. Viognier and our 2020 Rose’

Spend time learning about each wine and oyster pairing, learn why your palate reacts differently when wines are paired.
