Named for Paul Breaux’s youngest daughter, our 2017 Madeleine’s Chardonnay is a classic version of chardonnay with a New Age twist. A portion of this wine is aged in 500L Acacia wood puncheons which brings out the tropical fruit character in chardonnay without losing that vibrant acidity that makes this wine so great for pairing with food.
