What areas require a reservation?
Reservations are required for all party sizes for the covered patio, umbrella table seating, and fire pits. Party size of more than 8 for indoor seating requires a reservation. Groups larger than 10 for outdoor seating requires a reservation. There is a small fee associated with reservations.
May I come without a reservation?
Yes, we do not require reservations on the front, grassy terrace for groups of 10 people or fewer. We have a grassy for those who choose to bring their own seating or blankets. Guests may enjoy this area without a reservation, provided their party is 10 or fewer.
What is included when I make a reservation?
Your reservation is for a public area to include reserved seating for your guaranteed guest count, based on the reservation you made, for a three-hour period. This includes tables and chairs for your guest count if you have reserved an area with seating.

What types of tables and chairs are included in the reservation fee?
If you have reserved space outside of the Tasting Room on any of the terraces or patios, we provide wrought iron tables and chairs. Indoor seating however comes with wooden tables and chairs. We cannot guarantee the size or shape table you will be provided as we have multiple group reservations throughout the day. We will, however, make sure to have the number of chairs for your guest count.
May I have additional tables?
Additional 6-foot rectangular tables may be added to your outdoor reservations for an additional $25.00. Please note that this is based on availability. Please reserve these in advance as we prepare for all reservations prior to opening.
Do you include linens, centerpieces, or décor?
No, all additional items such as linens, centerpieces, and décor are your responsibility. We do ask that you please be mindful of other guests when planning your décor and to only use environmentally friendly items. We do not allow confetti, balloons, silly string, lit candles, noise makers, or like items. Breaux Vineyards will provide plastic cups or wine tumblers with the purchase of wine, however, all disposables such as paper plates, napkins, and cutlery are to be provided by the client. All glassware is to be returned at the conclusion of your reservation. If you’d like a souvenir glass, they may be purchased in advance or the day of. If you are coming to enjoy an event here, please make sure that it is booked in advance with out events team. See below for more information.
Do I need to make a separate reservation for a tasting?
No, all tastings are currently being offered first come-first served. We have both traditional-style tasting where a wine associate leads you through the wines and self-guided, flight-style tastings that are served on a tray so that you can take them wherever you are seated on the property. Private, group tastings are available with prior reservation for parties of 8 or more. An additional fee will apply.
What if I need to modify my reservation?
We ask that all reservations modifications happen at least 48 hours prior to your reservation. This includes changes in party size or adjustment of location. We cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate all modifications.
What happens if it rains on the day of my outdoor reservation?
Outdoor reservations are rain or shine. You do have up until 48 hours prior to your reservation to move to another day or receive a refund.
Events
How can I host my event at Breaux?
We are happy to host your event with us! Any group of 30 people or fewer and that is not looking to be private must contact the Tasting Room Manager. Those who will be larger than 30, want a private event of any size, or would like an experience with catering must contact the Events Team.
We do not allow outside alcohol (Beer, Wine, or Liquor) per Virginia ABC Law. All wine must be purchased through Breaux Vineyards and served only to guests of legal age (21+).
Is wine available for purchase?
Yes, we offer wine by the bottle and by the glass. We also offer tastings in both traditional and flight styles.
Do you have other beverages available for purchase?
Yes, we offer a variety of soft drinks, water, and other Non-Alcoholic beverages available for purchase in the retail section of our Tasting Room. Please note that you are welcome to bring Non-Alcoholic beverages of your own. Breaux Vineyards does not have ice onsite and is not able to provide ice for drinks, etc.
Is food available for purchase or can I bring my own food?
Our kitchen is open daily and we offer several options for you to enjoy. We also offer pre-packaged cheese and charcuterie, chips, crackers, dips, and spreads daily. No outside food is allowed inside the Tasting Room or Cellar Club and must be stored and consumed outside. Should you choose to sit outdoors, we welcome you to bring a picnic of your own.
Can my event be catered?
Yes, any event may be catered provided the guests have a contracted event space and prior, written approval from Breaux Vineyards events team. Serviced and drop-off catering can both occur. All food service, set up, clean up, food-related cutlery, serve ware, etc. must be provided by the caterer and or client unless otherwise stated in the contract with Breaux Vineyards.
Can I store my food & beverage in the fridge or freezer onsite?
No, due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept outside food & beverage to be stored in our fridge or freezer.
Can I bring a cake?
Yes, but we do not have storage for your cake, and it must be cut and consumed outside. You must provide your plates, utensils, napkins, and cutting knife. We do not cut your cake for you.
Payment & Cancellation
What is your payment policy?
Reservations fees are due at the time of placing a reservation and must be paid in full to secure your reservation.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your reservation up to 48 hours prior to your reservation date without penalty. We understand your travel plans may change. If you cannot join us at your reserved time, you are responsible for properly cancelling your reservation. Cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to your reservation date will not be refunded, however, we will move your reservation to an alternative date in lieu of losing your deposit. Cancellations made after 48 hours prior to your reservation date, will be charged the full reservation fee and may not be eligible to be moved to an alternative date.
Miscellaneous
Do you require masks?
We no longer require masks to be worn anywhere on our property.
What is your policy regarding children?
Well behaved children are welcome in all areas of the property, except for the covered patio (Vidal). Children are not permitted to run around our tasting room or disturb other patrons. Children must be within eye range of parents. Please keep foot balls, soccer balls, scooters, skateboards, and other riding apparatus at home.
What is your policy regarding dogs?
Friendly, leashed, vaccinated Dogs are welcome at Breaux in the Old Tasting room (Vin97) and outdoors. Dogs must be vaccinated and leashed. If your dog is not friendly and socialized, please consider visiting us on a weekday when we are slower, or choose a venue that is better suited to accommodate your dogs needs.
What is your smoking policy?
Breaux Vineyards is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is not permitted in any area except for the designated area located by the smoker posts in the parking lot only.
What is your parking policy?
Parking is allowed in Breaux Vineyards public parking lot only. This is located at the front of the property. Should you have items to unload from your vehicles, please pull into the front circle, unload, and immediately pull vehicles into the front parking lot. Breaux Vineyards staff is not available for assistance in loading in or loading out of personal belongings. Please come prepared to carry items to designated areas.
Do you allow limos or buses on your property?
Yes, we ask that they drop you off in the front circle and park in our parking lot until your group is ready to depart. There is no need to let us know beforehand if you are arriving by bus or limo, however, you must still adhere to our reservation policy. All alcohol if being consumed on the bus or in limo, it must remain there and not consumed while on our property. No outside alcohol permitted. We will check coolers and cups.
What is your trash/clean-up policy?
All trash and décor must be removed from the property at the conclusion of your reservation or event. Failure to do will result in Breaux removing it at the cost to the Client.
